Disaster Volunteer Mobilization Center Training  

Following an incident many individuals may wish to volunteer and agencies may need additional help. The Volunteer Center, at the request of Howard County’s Department of Citizen Services, will assist with the registration and referral of these spontaneous volunteers to registered agencies requesting volunteers.

Community volunteers are being trained to help with this process.
