VMCs, at the request of the Department of
Citizen Services and under the direction of the
Volunteer Center, will manage spontaneous,
unaffiliated volunteers following a disaster.
Attendees will be introduced to the process and
forms needed to refer volunteers following a
disaster back into the community to support
recovery efforts.
